Duplicate & Triplicate Books/Pads

NCR paper (no carbon required) allows you to easily duplicate or triplicate information, this would be very useful for documents that require the same signature on multiple sheets.

This material can be applied to any situation that requires duplication, but is mainly used for invoice, delivery and receipt books. They’re commonly printed in A4 or A5 but can be produced to any size to fit you’re requirements.

The papers are usually colour coded, which helps you differentiate who each copy belongs to. For example, the white copy belongs to the customer, green for the courier and blue for the file.

They can be numbered to make the process more efficient in terms of finding certain files. A card is inserted below the bottom copy so writing on the form isn’t duplicated more times than needed, creating a very efficient system.
