Karen Clayton
Karen is the founder & Managing Director of the Ginger Empire, although her tasks often include feeding and watering everyone, she also spends her days designing our customers' artwork for print, organising the team and her favourite activity of all - accounts.
Whilst we won't say that all her spare time is spent with a bottle of Gin, she does organise a lot of parties. She also loves her motorbikes (though the Gin is absent at this point of course).

Neil Landy
Neil is our longest-standing foot-soldier (as we've taken away all his chairs) and handles business development and customer relations. He's often out-and-about helping discover customers' requirements and goals, providing help and advice on how best to achieve these.
Some of his favourite things are football, rock music and going to the coast.
